1. Booking Confirmation & Permit Payment

To secure your reservation with Rinjani Sharing Tour, no initial deposit is required. Instead, guests are only required to complete the National Park Entrance Permit payment at the time of booking. Payments for the entrance permit can be made via:
• Bank Transfer
• Wise Transfer
• Revolut
• PayPal

Please note: PayPal transactions are subject to a 4.5% processing fee.

As park permits are government-regulated and allocated in advance, the entrance permit payment is non-refundable once issued. By completing your reservation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted our Terms & Conditions.

2. Reservation Confirmation
Your booking is officially confirmed once:
1. We receive your complete personal details, and
2. Your National Park Entrance Permit payment has been successfully verified.
At that moment, your trekking slot is secured and a binding agreement between you and Rinjani Sharing Tour is established.
Due to limited daily permit availability, reservations cannot be guaranteed until the permit payment has been completed.
